Master Police Officer Kelvin Bailey was a 26 year veteran of Virginia Beach Police Department and he previously worked for Virginia Beach Sheriff’s Office for 4 years. Officer Bailey went into cardiac arrest in uniform while working secondary employment.

Officer Bailey will be remembered as a friend, mentor, coach, and for his smile, hugs, and his dedication to serving his community.
